CD34 Selection Using the Automated CliniMACS Prodigy
Patients with graft failure or delayed engraftment may benefit from a hematopoietic stem cell boost or an additional hematopoietic stem cell transplantation procedure. In such settings standard immune suppression strategies are avoided due to their myelosuppressive nature. Therefore those patients are at increased risk of graft versus host disease, and the infusion of a CD34 selected graft would reduce such a risk. The infusion of CD34 selected graft using CliniMACS plus is currently FDA FDA-approved indication for acute myeloid leukemia. Combination of Tagraxofusp With Pacritinib in Patients With Intermediate-1 or Higher Myelofibrosis, Who Have Had Prior Therapy With the Approved JAK Inhibitors or in Which Therapy With the Approved JAK Inhibitors is Not Appropriate, Contraindicated or Declined

Darzalex Faspro (Daratumumab and Hyaluronidase-fihj) Before Standard Desensitization and Allogeneic Peripheral Blood Stem Cell Transplantation in Adult Patients at High-risk for Primary Graft Failure Secondary to Donor Specific Antibodies
This research is being done to investigate the safety and effectiveness of Darzalex Faspro (daratumumab and hyaluronidase-fihj) (a monoclonal antibody that targets plasma cells that make antibodies) and whether it can lower donor specific antibodies (DSA) levels to low enough levels to permit patients to proceed with allogeneic peripheral blood transplant (alloBMT). Those being asked to participate have high DSA levels that puts those being asked to participate at high risk of rejecting the available donor's blood stem cells and making those being asked to participate ineligible to receive a stem cell transplant.

Efficacy and Safety of Ropeginterferon Alfa 2b (P1101) for Patients With Low-Risk Polycythemia Vera
This is a randomized, open-label, multicenter, two-arm study to assess the efficacy and safety of ropeginterferon alfa-2b for patients with low-risk PV. Approximately 110 patients with low-risk PV will be enrolled. The whole study period is 108 weeks, including a main treatment phase (56 weeks), an extension treatment phase (48 weeks), and a safety follow-up phase (four weeks).

This is a Phase I, randomized, double-blind, placebo-controlled clinical study to define the safety and immunogenicity resulting from a rapid dose-escalating vaccination schedule as compared to that of a co-administered, dose-consistent vaccination schedule. Participants randomized to receive vaccines will get either dose-consistent injections of CH505 TF chTrimer+ALFQ co-administered with Ad26.Mos4.HIV or rapid, dose-escalating injections of CH505 TF chTrimer+ALFQ with an Ad26.Mos4.HIV prime, followed by dose-consistent injection of CH505 TF chTrimer+ALFQ co-administered with Ad26.Mos4.HIV

Identification of Factors Associated With Treatment Response in Patients With Polycythemia Vera, Essential Thrombocythemia, and Pre-myelofibrosis.
First-line treatment for patients with polycythemia vera, essential thrombocythemia, and pre-myelofibrosis is based on hydroxyurea or pegylated interferon. The objective of treatment is to prevent thrombotic complications and leukemic transformation. Despite overall good response rates, some patients do not respond to treatment and others lose their response over time. Both situations are associated with worse survival and there are to date no clear predictive factors for response although the existence of additional mutations seems unfavorable.
